The ZAM’s Hope Housing Resource Center promotes residential stability and prevents homelessness among economically-disadvantaged individuals residing in Chicago’s far north- side, specifically the Roger’s Park and West Ridge communities. Our clients receive tenant counseling and education, rental assistance and myriad case management services.
