ZAM’s Hope assists persons in negotiating and accessing public benefits and services including SNAP, Emergency TANF, Medicaid, LIHEAP/CEDA (utility assistance), and Social Security applications. We also accompany clients to interviews, follow-ups and re-determinations and assessments.
